Jebakumar Swvigaradoss is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product management across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Director at ServiceNow since January 2018, Jebakumar leads engineering initiatives for GenAI-related products and tools, including the Labelling Framework and Prompt Authoring Tool. Previously, Jebakumar held the role of Director at ServiceNow’s ITSM team, overseeing the development of key products like Service Catalog and a chatbot for ITSM. Prior to that, Jebakumar was Senior Director at ADP, managing a large team and driving innovation in product design and usability. Jebakumar's career also includes significant positions at Microsoft, where efforts focused on enhancing CRM solutions and incubating new ideas for Bing Search, along with various roles at Camo Software, Cymbal Corporation, and others, demonstrating a solid foundation in software engineering and system analysis. Jebakumar holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
