Hayley Mortin is a seasoned UX researcher with a focus on AI and machine learning, currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher on the AI/ML Platform UX Research Team at ServiceNow. Prior experience includes roles as a UX Researcher and Design Researcher at Element AI, where contributions spanned from design research to data collection and annotation. Additionally, Hayley has engaged in various research assistant positions at McGill University, including work at the Faculty of Medicine and involvement in the McGill Retro Thesis Digitization Project. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University, earned between 2014 and 2018.
