Ben de Bont serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at ServiceNow since July 2019 and is a member of Business Executives for National Security (BENS) since December 2013. Ben has held various leadership roles in cybersecurity, including Vice President & CISO of IBM Cloud from October 2015 to July 2019, and Chief Security Officer at HP Cloud Services from January 2011 to October 2015. Additional experience includes directorship of information security at MySpace and consultancy roles at Argent Security LLC and Microsoft. Ben's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer Science from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science obtained during an exchange at Purdue University. Ben also contributed as a Venture Advisor at YL Ventures from April 2020 to July 2024 and was a 2018 Scholar in the Presidential Leadership Scholars program.
