Arvind Baranwal is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience across various sectors, including AI, FinTech, and banking. Currently serving as an AI Product Manager at ServiceNow since March 2024, Arvind focuses on developing AI and GenAI tools to enhance work productivity. Prior to this role, Arvind worked as a freelance Product Management Consultant, significantly scaling an AI/ML-based Digital Public Infrastructure for Indian local language services. Previous positions include Director of Product Management at Ethos, Principal Product Manager at Paysafe Group, and AVP of Product at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, among others.
