Tasnuva Tahrin is an experienced professional currently working as an Executive at SEBPO since April 2022, where responsibilities include generating employee individual performance matrices using Microsoft Excel. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Experience Associate (Outbound) at ShopUp from April 2021 to April 2022, attending to customer queries and providing guidance. Tasnuva also completed an internship as a Content Writer at EON Group of Industries from December 2020 to March 2021, where tasks involved writing marketing copy, conducting research for original content, and assisting the marketing team with advertising campaigns. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from East West University, completed in September 2023, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, earned in December 2019, from the same institution. Tasnuva's foundational education includes an HSC in Science from Al Amin Academy School & College, Chandpur, completed in March 2014.
