Eric Blum is an experienced sales professional with a robust background in enterprise and account management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Sales at ServiceChannel since December 2019, Eric has previously held multiple roles including Director of Sales for SMB and Mid Market, Manager of SMB and Mid Market Sales, Account Executive, and Enterprise Sales Development. Prior experience includes founding and managing Worldstone, LLC, a real estate development company in the Greater Boston area, and managing key accounts at Patriot Energy Group, where Eric led a team to achieve churn goals and successfully established a new office in a developing market. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Psychology from Boston University.
