Greg Eland has a long history of work experience, beginning in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant to the Board for Eagle Sky Foundation, Inc. In 2009, they started their own company, Eland Consulting, as a Web Consulting and Development. In 2011, they began working at Prolific Agency as a Senior Application Developer and at RepairQ.io as a Product Manager. Finally, in 2017, they joined ServiceCentral Technologies, Inc. as a Product Manager/Senior Architect.

Greg Eland received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Oral Roberts University in 2008, having started their studies there in 2005.
