Mugdha Deshpande is an experienced professional in the field of customer success and product management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Product Specialist at Service Works since January 2019. Prior to this role, Mugdha was a Program Manager at TymeMachine from May 2018 to December 2018 and worked as a Software Test Engineer at Western Outdoor Interactive (WOI) from June 2006 to January 2008. Mugdha holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, both from the University of Mumbai, completed between 2001 and 2006.
