Mary Cole has extensive experience in guest services and support roles, with a career spanning various organizations. Currently serving as a Patio Attendant at Service Systems Associates at the Birmingham Zoo since July 2021, Mary previously worked at Chick-fil-A as a Dining Room Host from May 2018 to August 2021. Prior positions include roles as a Film Crew member at AMC Theatres and Door Person at Carmike Cinemas, both focused on enhancing guest experiences through customer service and housekeeping duties. Earlier volunteer experience at South Highland Center Adult Day Care involved providing companionship to adults with dementia-related conditions. Mary began their career at McWane Science Center as a Theater Host and briefly worked as part of the support team at Macy's. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with a Minor in Psychology from Beacon College, completed between 1997 and 2001.
