Vincent Vermeren is an experienced IT Program and Project Manager currently working at Service public de Wallonie since June 2020, focusing on the dematerialization of public procurement and the deployment of agile methodology alongside the implementation of the Odoo ERP service center. Previously, from January 2006 to May 2020, Vincent served as a Lead Functional Analyst at Smals, contributing to various projects such as the Unemployment Card and Social Dumping, while also fulfilling roles as a Monitoring Engineer and Supervision Networker, which included responsibilities in technical analysis, infrastructure management, and customer support. Vincent holds a degree in Computer Sciences from Université de Namur and a high school diploma in Information Technology from Haute École de Namur-Liège-Luxembourg Hénallux.
