Kritika Joon has extensive experience in project management and enterprise architecture within the New South Wales public sector. Currently serving as the Project Manager for the Digital Identity Program at Service NSW, Kritika has previously held roles as an Enterprise Architect at NSW Department of Customer Service and as a graduate ICT Enterprise Architect focusing on Digital.NSW. Kritika's academic background includes positions at the University of Sydney, where contributions were made in the Faculty of Engineering & IT as well as research assistance in cognition and innovation. Additional expertise comes from roles in the NSW Department of Education and the NSW Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, focusing on consulting, project management, and strategic architecture.
