Bala Krishnan possesses extensive experience in human resources and facilities management, beginning a career at CLI3L (ITC Infotech) as an Assistant Manager in HR from January 2004 to March 2008, followed by a role as Assistant Manager of Facilities at Bharti Airtel Ltd from March 2008 to August 2011. Since August 2011, Bala Krishnan has served as a Facility Manager at Jones Lang Lasalle while also holding the position of HRD at Service Master Clean Ltd since 2016 and currently at SECURITY AND INTELLIGENCE SERVICE INDIA LIMITED, showcasing a strong background in both HR and facility management.
