Eduardo Gallo started their work experience as a Product Specialist at IBM in January 1991. Eduardo worked in this role until August 1995. In August 1995, they became the President of SERVICE IT and continues to hold this position.

Eduardo Gallo earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, between 1986 and 1990.
