Tahir Maqsood, ACIS, CFrA, currently serves as Company Secretary for both Servis Tyres and Servis Shoes since March 2024, while also holding the position of Senior Group Manager Compliance at Service Industries Limited and Service Global Footwear Ltd. since February 2020. Prior to these roles, Tahir was the Manager of Corporate Compliance & Secretariat Affairs at Mughal Steel from November 2015 to February 2020, where responsibilities included managing overall corporate affairs and capital issuance. Earlier in the career, Tahir worked as an Audit & Corporate Senior at PrimeGlobal - Fazal Mahmood and Company Chartered Accountants from November 2011 to October 2015, associated with Jeffery Hennery International. Academic qualifications include ACIS from the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan and CFrA from the Certified Forensic Practitioners Institute, USA, along with other relevant certifications in auditing and corporate governance.
