David Rawsthorne has extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Head of Professional Services at Service Geeni since November 2017. Prior to this role, David held several positions, including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager. Previously, experience as a Business Analyst was gained at Key Computers from March 2015 to November 2017. David holds a First Class Honours BSc in Computer Science from Newcastle University, where studies took place from September 2011 to August 2014, along with A-Levels in Computer Science, Business Studies, ICT, and an Extended Research Project from Carmel Sixth Form College.
