Ben Alves is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and service industries. Currently serving as President of Service Fusion and Profit Rhino since August 2021, Ben Alves leads the development of field service and business management software. As President and Founder of Credo Innovation Ventures, Ben Alves has been driving innovation since August 2012. Prior roles include VP and GM of Americas at Sabre Corporation and a significant tenure at Cisco, where Ben Alves held various leadership positions in Cloud Collaboration Sales. Earlier career highlights include VP of Sales at Metreos Corp. and VP of Sales, Marketing, and Services at Vertical Communications. Ben Alves holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Texas A&M University and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
