Villetta Wells, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at SEIU since July 2023, Villetta oversees the full scope of HR for SEIU Healthcare. Previous experience includes directing HR at Brookfield Zoo, managing HR initiatives in North America for Serrala, and handling talent acquisition at the Chicago Transit Authority. Villetta has also held HR roles at CJE SeniorLife, Flex Execs Management Solutions, and Riverside Publishing. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University and a Certificate in HR from DePaul University.
