Rasha Ahmad Sharif is an accomplished executive with diverse experience in labor advocacy, organizational equity, and education. Since December 2013, Rasha has held various leadership roles at SEIU, including Executive Vice President and Long Term Care Sector Director, focusing on member advocacy and organizational inclusion. Rasha is also a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development. Previous positions include adjunct professor in Arabic at Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla and assistant regional manager for Special Olympics MENA, highlighting a strong background in education and program management. Rasha holds an MBA from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from the same institution.
