Cindy Flores is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data management and organizational strategy, currently serving as a Senior Data Program Manager at SEIU since August 2013, overseeing the member data team focused on union member strength. Prior roles at SEIU include Senior Digital Data Organizing Strategist and Senior Data Specialist, where Cindy provided strategic data support to affiliates nationwide and enhanced the union's technical capacities. Earlier experiences at ICOS Labs involved community project assistance, event promotion, and preparation for the UN Rio +20 Summit, while a role at UCLA's Mary S. Easton Center for Alzheimer’s Disease Research focused on data entry for patient files.
