Brendan Gaffney is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic campaigns and member engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Specialist at SEIU since July 2015, Brendan focuses on member communications using various digital platforms. Previous roles include Digital Coordinator for Kris Burnett's Baltimore City Council campaign, Digital and Research Consultant for the Campaign for Accountability, and Policy Research Consultant for John Dickerson at Face the Nation. Brendan held significant research positions with organizations such as the Atlas Project and Blue State Digital, where responsibilities involved managing research teams and conducting audits. Brendan possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from The George Washington University and is a graduate of Xaverian Brothers High School.
