Colleen Phillips is an experienced marketing professional with extensive expertise in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at Service 1st Federal Credit Union since July 2014, Colleen previously held the same title at Cross Valley Federal Credit Union from December 2005 to July 2014. Prior to that role, Colleen worked as the Assistant Director of DRD/Marketing for the American Red Cross Northeastern PA Blood Services from October 1998 to December 2005. Colleen holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications from Marywood University and a Bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from Wilkes University.
