Bob Beltrame has a diverse background in operations management, with a focus on plant operations and process improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Plant Operations at Server Products, Bob previously held the position of Plant Manager at Columbus McKinnon. Bob's experience also includes roles at Magnetek, Inc., where contributions were made as a Process Improvement Manager, Distribution Center Supervisor, and Process Engineer. Earlier in Bob's career, a seasonal position was held at Waupaca Foundry, further enriching their operational expertise.
