Josh Gibson has extensive work experience in operations and event management. Their most recent role is as an Operations Coordinator at Serve Robotics, where they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Operations Associate at Serve Robotics from July 2022 to January 2023, and as an Operations Associate from March 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Serve Robotics, Josh worked as an Operations Assistant at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum starting in October 2016. Josh then held the position of Stadium Operations Assistant at the Los Angeles Dodgers from March 2017 to February 2022.

Josh also gained experience as an Operations Associate at Postmates Inc. from October 2020 to March 2021, and as an Event Operations Lead at Legends from October 2018 to April 2020. During their tenure at LA Galaxy from February 2017 to November 2018, they served as an Assistant Manager - Field Operations.

In their earlier career, Josh worked as a Ticket Operations Events Assistant at Chicagoland Speedway from January 2016 to October 2016, and as a Ticket Sales/Game Day Operations Intern and Ticket Operations and Database Management Intern at the Chicago Sky WNBA in 2015.

Additionally, Josh has experience as part of the Arena Operations Staff at the Stroh Center from April 2013 to January 2015, and as an Athletics Marketing and Promotions Coordinator at Bowling Green State University from August 2011 to January 2015.

Josh Gibson attended Bowling Green State University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sport Management and Marketing. Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained a certification in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University.
