Ana Sofia Bettencourt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in debt recovery and asset management. Currently serving as a Legal Costs Controller and Assistant Asset Manager at SERVDEBT since February 2020, Ana specializes in the extrajudicial recovery of debts, managing individual client portfolios, and negotiating debt regulation agreements. Previous roles include being a Forensic Employee at Agente Execução Vítor Rebouta, where Ana handled executive action processes, and various administrative and legal positions in institutions such as Randstad, Millennium bcp, and Banco Popular. Ana received a licenciatura in Law from Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa and completed professional training with the Ordem dos Advogados Portugueses.
