Hakan Kaygusuz is a Commercial Controlling Executive at Sertrans Logistics since October 2019, focusing on measuring business performance and defining OPEX KPIs for IRT processes. Previously, Hakan held the position of Commercial Control Specialist, responsible for turnover and profitability reports as well as budget-actual reports. Hakan started the professional journey as an Automatista, overseeing warehouse and logistics processes, e-commerce management, stock management, shipment management, data analysis, and material requirement planning. Earlier internships include a position at Elvan Group, which involved production and material requirement planning, and at Vestel, focusing on production line operations. Hakan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Eskişehir Osmangazi University and has completed technical education in Industrial Electronics at Süleyman Demirel University.
