Kela Halfmann has extensive experience in educational and administrative roles, having served as E-Rate Coordinator at SERRC since April 1998. Prior to this position, Kela held the title of Media Specialist at Anchorage School District from 1991 to 1998 and worked as a Youth Education Coordinator at RTA from 1985 to 1991. Kela's educational background includes studies at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU).
