Denis Bauer ACMA, CGMA, currently serves as the Global Director of Finance Operations and Accounts Receivable at Serrala since November 2020. Prior to this role, Denis undertook a sabbatical while completing the Bachelor Professional of Accounting (Chamber of Commerce and Industry) in April 2020. Denis's extensive experience includes positions at Lloyd's Register from June 2012 to March 2020 as North Europe FP&A Area Manager for Marine & Offshore and as Area Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for Central and East European Area. Denis also held various roles in corporate controlling, risk management, and financial analysis at MPC Capital AG and gained foundational experience at Buss Projects & Trading GmbH, ICEWIND Prod.- u. Vertriebsges. mbH & Co. KG, and during academic studies in business administration and management accounting at multiple institutions, culminating in the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.
