Prior to this, they worked at companies like Deutsche Bank, Bombardier Transportation, and Accenture, each contributing to their expertise in IT infrastructure, process management, and consultancy. Schories has a strong background in IT governance and system integration, showcasing their leadership and management skills throughout their career.

Alexander Schories started their education in Industrial Electronics with a vocational training at Volkswagen Hannover from 1991 to 1995. Alexander then pursued a Master of Arts in Economics (European Management) from 1996 to 1999 at the University of Applied Sciences Hannover (FHDW - Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft).
