Martin Zhao has extensive experience in support and engineering roles, currently serving as Support Team Lead at Serko Ltd. since June 2014, after progressing from the position of Senior Support Specialist. Prior to this, Martin held the role of Marketing Director at a family-owned furniture factory from 2012 to July 2014. Martin’s career began at ABB, where an engineering position was held from January 2011 to April 2012.
