Harlyn Bai is a Senior Software Engineer at Serko Ltd. since May 2019, recognized for building the intelligent travel assistant chatbot, AskZeno, and delivering AI booking experiences across multiple countries including the UK, US, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to Serko Ltd., Harlyn served as Development Lead at Software of Excellence from February 2015 to May 2019, focusing on an international PMS product. Harlyn also has experience as a Research Assistant at The University of Auckland, working on advanced cognitive systems, and held positions as System Architect and R&D Manager at Beijing Fullsee Electronics & Technology Co., Ltd., where the iMax video monitoring system was developed for the 2010 Asian Games. Harlyn began a career in software design as System Architect and Development Lead at Tianzejiaye Electronics & Technology Co., Ltd. Harlyn holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from The University of Auckland, obtained between 2012 and 2013.
