Rocco Raduazo has over 19 years of experience in the life science industry. Rocco began their career in 2002 as Vice President of Sales for the Americas and Asia-Pacific Region at Biosource International, Inc. where they managed a team of 27 sales and customer service personnel. In 2004, they moved to Applied Biosystems, Inc. as Director of Global Software Sales and Services, where they built a sales team from the ground floor and managed a team of 43 sales and contract personnel. In 2006, they became Vice President of Global Commercial Operations at Epitomics and managed 20 business development team members, licensing, marketing, and customer service. In 2008, they moved to DiscoveRx as Vice President of North America Sales and oversaw business development, customer service and field scientific personnel. In 2011, they returned to Aushon BioSystems as Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing, managing all commercial activities including sales, marketing, customer service and field applications. In 2012, they became Vice President of Sales and Marketing at LabMinds, Inc. and launched the REVO robot. In 2015, they joined Abpro as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Preclinical Services and Custom Antibody Services, developing a business plan and hiring and training six Business Development members. In 2017, they became Vice President of Aushon BioSystems Inc. and Senior Director of Business Development at Quanterix, Inc., managing business development for In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) and Research Use Only (RUO) products and services to Biotech, Pharmaceutical and Diagnostic markets. In 2021, they joined Serimmune Inc. as Vice President of Business Development.

Rocco Raduazo received their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire in 1981. Rocco then attended The Ohio State University from 1982 to 1984, where they completed extensive coursework in Chemistry. Rocco went on to receive their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance, General from American University in 1989.
