JJ Fenstermaker is a seasoned professional in firmware quality assurance and testing, currently serving as a Senior Test Engineer at SerialTek since April 2022. Previously, JJ held the position of Senior Director of Firmware QA at VIZIO, where management of a team of approximately 25 across various sites led to significant process improvements and cost savings. JJ's experience includes leading engineering teams at Sunrise Medical as an Electrical Engineering Lead, overseeing the development of IoT solutions, and extensive tenure at Seagate Technology and Maxtor, where JJ directed firmware testing efforts across multiple market segments. JJ holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
