Laila Svahn is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational excellence, strategic planning, and business development across the debt collection and financial management sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director Sweden and Chief Operating Officer at Sergel Group since September 2018, Laila has previously held significant roles at Intrum, including Head of Operational Excellence for Northern Europe and Deputy Managing Director. With a career spanning over three decades, Laila has demonstrated expertise in product management, change management, and project execution, starting from foundational positions at American Express. Laila Svahn holds an Executive Leadership Program certification from the Stockholm School of Economics and has a background in business from Stockholm University.
