Anelise Marshall possesses a diverse background in community development and cross-cultural engagement, highlighted by their current role as an Apprentice at Serge since January 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating an ESOL program and co-leading a mentorship group for immigrants. Prior experience includes working as a Bilingual Receptionist at Casa de Salud, ensuring access to healthcare resources for uninsured patients, and serving as a Front Desk Agent at Marriott Hotels, where quality control and customer service were paramount. Anelise has also contributed to academia as a Spanish Tutor and Resident Assistant at Covenant College, in addition to holding an Admissions Staff Member position focused on recruitment and data management. Anelise holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Development from Covenant College, earned in 2018.
