Jason McRae

Jason McRae currently serves as the Director of Client Experience at Serenity Healthcare, a role held since December 2022. Previous experience includes Operations Manager at Amazon from August 2021 to December 2022 and Director of Customer Experience at AMP Smart from April 2017 to April 2021, where a world-class customer-centric support infrastructure was developed. Jason also held the position of Director of Customer Service Operations at ARYZTA, successfully managing a portfolio of over 60 high-value customer accounts. In addition, Jason contributed as Senior Manager of Shared Services Operations at jcpenney, piloting a program that generated an estimated $2 million annually, and as Retail Sales Manager at T-Mobile USA, where annual revenue was increased through various strategic initiatives. Jason earned an MBA in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
