Sam Cohen is an accomplished operations and community management professional with extensive experience across various leadership roles in the real estate and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Southern Regional Manager at SERENITAS since March 2023, Sam previously held positions including General Manager at AVA Communities and Head of Community Operations at Stockland, where contributions included strategic development and site assessment for land lease communities. With a strong foundation in operational leadership from roles at Lifestyle Communities Limited and Total Tel International, Sam has managed sizable teams, overseen financial performance, and spearheaded innovative business solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from RMIT University and various leadership programs from the University of Melbourne.
