Previously, Ndolo worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Serengeti Energy, focusing on the full project cycle for renewable energy initiatives. Prior roles include serving as Legal Counsel for the energy sector at Janus Continental Group, and Senior Associate at DLA Piper Africa, where expertise encompassed project legal due diligence, documentation, and public procurement in energy projects. Ndolo began legal career as an Advocate with experience in civil and criminal litigation and underwent trainee advocacy in various practice areas. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Law from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.
