Victoria Scott-Miller is an accomplished author and independent bookstore owner with extensive experience in cultural programming and arts education. At Serendipity Literary Agency, Victoria has been contributing as an author since May 2021. As the owner of Liberation Station Bookstore since February 2019, Victoria has established a globally recognized children’s bookstore focused on representation and amplifying Black voices. Additionally, Victoria served as an independent contractor for the North Carolina Museum of Art, where innovative projects were developed to achieve revenue goals. Previous roles include cultural arts representative for the United Arts Council of Raleigh and Wake County, nonprofit organizer with Truss Empowerment Group, and military spouse educational homeschool support coordinator for CNIC Navy Fleet and Family Support. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Southwest Tennessee Community College.
