Nathanial Cox is a skilled IT professional with a strong background in system administration and technical support. Currently serving as a System Administrator II at Serco, since September 2024, Nathanial previously held the role of ACAS System Administrator at AERMOR, where responsibilities included supporting ACAS and Nessus scanners and conducting vulnerability scans for NAVWARCOM. Earlier experience includes serving as a Service Desk Specialist at SAIC and a Help Desk Specialist at Infinite Computer Solutions, where Nathanial provided technical support and built client relationships. Nathanial began a career in IT as an IT Work-study at ECPI University, managing Active Directory and offering user support. Nathanial holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor's degree in Cyber and Network Security from ECPI University.
