Kathy Kramer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational change management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Project/Organizational Change Manager at Serco since April 2021, Kathy previously held the position of Manager, Organizational Change at Whitney, Bradley, and Brown, Inc., where expertise in change management and team development was demonstrated. Kathy's background includes over 19 years at SAIC as a Principal Consultant and Deputy Division Manager, focusing on establishing a center of excellence in strategic consulting services. Additionally, Kathy served in the United States Air Force as a Soviet Political Military Affairs Officer, providing intelligence operations and analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Development & Knowledge Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Colorado College.
