Max Gerrard has had extensive experience in solution engineering and professional services roles in the software industry. Max is currently the Director of Solution Engineering at SER Group, a leading software vendor in the enterprise content management market. Prior to that, Max held the positions of Chief Evangelist and VP of Solution Engineering and Professional Services at Keysight Technologies, and VP of Solution Engineering and Professional Services at Eggplant. Max played a crucial role in transforming TestPlant, where they served as the Director of Technical Services and EMEA Manager of Technical Consultancy. Max started their career as a Support Engineer at Gerrard Consulting, a testing services business.

Max Gerrard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Max then pursued a Master's degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at King's College London from 2010 to 2011.
