Sriram R K is a seasoned professional in human resources and design talent recruitment, currently serving as a Design Hiring Partner for portfolio companies at Sequoia Capital since November 2022. Sriram also works as a full-time consultant UX Recruiter and advises on design talent for Zamp. Previously, Sriram held the position of Manager - Design Talent at Jupiter and was the Head of People at f1Studioz, where leadership skills were utilized to build and expand HR teams across multiple locations. Earlier experiences include roles in design recruitment, research internships at Toyota Industries and Tube Investments, and a human resources internship at The Lemon Tree Hotel Company. Sriram holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development and Management from Christ University, Bangalore.
