TI Nguyen has a diverse work experience in the field of product design. TI is currently working as a Senior Product Designer at Sequoia Consulting Group, where they help companies manage their workforce data and navigate complex issues related to HR, benefits, payroll, and risk management. Prior to this, TI held the same role at Cornerstone OnDemand and Paycom. TI also worked at Appable as the Head of Design Department, overseeing the design team, and earlier as an Interactive Designer. Before joining the tech industry, TI had an internship as a Men's Graphic Intern at Under Armour. Additionally, they gained experience in creative design as a Creative - Grad Fellow at Saxum, working on projects for various clients in different industries.

TI Nguyen attended the University of Central Oklahoma from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design. In addition, TI Nguyen has obtained several certifications including "UX Design: 4 Ideation" from LinkedIn in August 2020, "CSS Essential Training 1" from LinkedIn in May 2019, and "HTML Essential Training" from LinkedIn in May 2019.
