Lauriane Laffont currently serves as the Responsable Coordination des Métiers de la Proximité at Seqens since September 2020, overseeing a team of four members and coordinating work methods across six departmental directions in Île-de-France. Responsibilities include leading coordination meetings, establishing workgroups, and managing various proximity-related tasks such as TFPB reporting and project proposals. Previously, Lauriane acted as Référent sinistres, enhancing claims management processes and providing legal expertise in insurance matters. Prior experience includes roles as Gestionnaire sinistres at Odealim, where Lauriane managed claims and client interests, and as a legal intern at Laurent Ohayon and Avocats Picovschi, focusing on labor law and intellectual property. Lauriane holds a Master 2 in Juriste d'affaires from Université Paris-Est Créteil and is completing the Cap Avocat.
