Julia Velluz is an experienced urban development professional currently serving as Responsable projets aménagement at Seqens since February 2018 and previously held the position of Cheffe de projets renouvellement urbain. Prior experience includes working as Responsable de programmes Renouvellement Urbain at Groupe Valophis from March 2014 to February 2018, and as Attachée d'étude at L'Institut Paris Region for a brief period in 2013. Julia began their career with a research internship at Fondation Dauphine - Chaire Ville et immobilier in 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Urbanisme et Aménagement with a specialization in "Projets de Renouvellement urbain" from Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris, as well as a Master 2 in Sociologie et sciences politiques from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Julia also completed preparatory classes for higher education at Lycée Thiers - Marseille and obtained a Baccalauréat ES at Lycée Masséna.
