Jeanne Ménetrey is an experienced project manager specializing in rehabilitation and urban development. Currently serving as Cheffe de projets - Réhabilitation at Seqens since September 2022, Jeanne previously held the position of Chargée d’opérations en maîtrise d’ouvrage at Nanterre Coop' Habitat, where responsibilities included overseeing significant thermal rehabilitation projects and managing operational, financial, and administrative aspects of various construction initiatives. Jeanne's earlier roles include assisting in property management at OPH Seine Ouest Habitat and serving as a negotiator at ERA IMMOBILIER France. Jeanne holds a Master 2 (M2) and Master 1 (M1) in Amenagement et promotion immobilière, along with a Licence in Immobilier from GROUPE ESPI.
