Aminata DIALLO currently serves as the Responsable communication interne at Seqens, starting in December 2023, where responsibilities include developing internal communication strategies, managing collaborative tools, and implementing the company's first employer branding strategy. Previously, Aminata held the position of Responsable Communication RH & marque employeur at Cora France from February 2022 to December 2023, focusing on employer branding campaigns and enhancing the group’s attractiveness through various initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at MAIF from November 2012 to February 2022, where Aminata managed communication for the MAIF START UP CLUB and contributed to employer branding efforts, as well as positions in communication and recruitment at Adecco and the French Ministry of Education. Aminata holds a Master 2 in Marketing and Communication from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and has a strong background in communication and management within various organizations.
