Stephen Hebert is an experienced professional in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation and HRIS at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA). Previously, Stephen held various senior management roles at Comcast, including Senior Manager for Executive Compensation and HRIS/Payroll/HR Reporting, as well as Total Rewards Benefits Manager and Payroll Operations Manager. Stephen’s educational background includes a Certificate in Business Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Business and Finance from Park University.
