In addition, Lydia is the Director of Coordination and Design - Civil Engineering Department at SEPTA. With an extensive background in track and civil engineering, Lydia has been with Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority since 1985. Lydia graduated from Temple University in 1985.
