Ute Amice has extensive experience in the cosmetic industry, currently serving as Head of Cosmetic for Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands at Seppic since June 2003, where responsibilities include leading marketing and sales activities. Prior to this role, Ute Amice worked at IMCD Deutschland GmbH & Co KG from 1995 to 2003 as Group Manager for the cosmetic team, focusing on product management and business development for key accounts in northern and eastern Germany. Ute Amice began the career in research and development at Lancaster Group from 1992 to 1993, contributing to various brands. Ute Amice holds a Dipl. Ing. degree in Kosmetik und Waschmittel from FH Lippe and a further Dipl. Ing. in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from FH Bielefeld.
